Services

What time will my services occur?

Our services operate in time blocks. Clients choose a window that we’ll visit their pets.

Dog Walking services occur in one of the following time blocks based on your pet’s routine and our availability: 9am-12pm, 10am-1pm, 11am-2pm, 12-3pm, 1-4pm

Pet Sitting services occur in the following time blocks based on your pet’s routine and our availability:*
Morning: 7-9am, 8-10am
Mid-day: 9am-12pm, 10am-1pm, 11am-2pm, 12-3pm, 1-4pm
Evening: 4-7pm
Night: 7-10pm

Cat Sitting
Twice per day cat sitting services occur between 7-11am and 3-7pm.
Once per day cat sitting services occur between 6am-8pm.

Can I request last minute services?

Yes! While we appreciate planning ahead, we know life happens and things come up. By having a small team of Caregivers dedicated to your family, we strive to always have someone available to assist you, even in case of emergencies.

Caregivers

Will I always have the same Caregiver?

We believe that consistency and transparency are extremely important! You will always know who is coming by looking in your pet portal. We use a team-based model and will have at least two Caregivers trained to care for your pet.

Can I meet my Caregiver?
Yes! While you’re a new client coming on board, we’ll bring your primary Caregiver to the initial Meet & Greet. After that point, you’re welcome to request to meet any other members of your team of Caregivers by requesting a Re-Meet & Greet ($20).

Access

How will you access my home?

We ask that clients give us two points of entry so that we have a backup in case one of them fails. You can choose either of the following:

Option 1: Client provides a lockbox with 2 keys secured inside.

Option 2: Client provides a door or garage code and secures a key hidden on-site as backup.
