We have large, rambunctious dogs, and they are wonderful with them. The dogs got great walks every day and all the animals got lots of love and attention, and our neighbors remarked at how great PPC was with our dogs – keeping the routine, reinforcing good behavior, and just generally great care all around.

I've always been thrilled with the level of care [PPC] has provided...interactions are professional, communication is quick and clear, and pet journals are a nice touch.

I first used Presidential Pet Care to take care of my dog, Berlin, when I went to visit family for Thanksgiving and my usual family friend was unavailable. I was hesitant to allow a stranger to take care of my pet, mainly because my dog can be a bit of an escape artist. I was recommended to Presidential Pet Care and am so glad I took that recommendation. They were friendly, knowledgeable, took detailed notes about his needs, and provided e-journals about each visit which helped me stay up-to-date on Berlin’s status. After that trip, I was so happy to have a trusted option when I needed to go out of town, work late, or just have extra help getting my dog exercise.

Can't say enough great things about Presidential Pet Care. Their daily updates with photos and easy communication allowed us to not worry a bit while we were enjoying time with family on the other coast. They are reliable, friendly and, most importantly, my dogs loved them! It also almost seemed like our house was cleaner when we got home than when we left it, that's how well cared for our dogs and home were. We will definitely be using them for all our pet-sitting needs in the future.

We have a wonderful but high maintenance cat, due to health issues and a very social personality. We feel so much more comfortable leaving him behind when we travel since discovering Presidential Pet Care. It's so wonderful to be able to avoid the stress induced by boarding him at the vet and to not have to worry about his health issues while leaving him at home. We feel our cat is in the very best hands now, and we've noticed that he is significantly more relaxed when we come back home. We plan on staying with Presidential Pet Care as long as we're in the area and absolutely recommend them!

I have been using PPC for several years now. The staff is amazing! My dog and cats are so happy to see their daily walker and love the attention they get. Every day I get a report and pictures as well. They are very accommodating as well with weekend and last minute walks. am happy to have PPC care for my pets when I am at work!

I highly recommend Presidential Pet Care, they are on time, fair, and very caring. They even left kitty toys for the kitties! I have never felt more relaxed leaving our kitties in the care of others.

Presidential Pet Care is fantastic! They’ve been walking my dog for a few years now and I’ve had the pleasure of working with several of their walkers. Every one of them really cares about your pet and enjoys spending time with them. PPC is a locally owned small business, and Lauren, the owner, does a great job of keeping in touch with her clients. I can’t recommend PPC highly enough. When I started using their service, my little guy was scared of his own shadow. PPC was very understanding of his needs, and I think they contributed a lot to him coming out of his shell and becoming a more social dog. Now he will practically fly off the couch in excitement every time the walkers come over.

Karla took care of my dog and cat while I was out of town for a few days. She did a fabulous job! I really appreciated the email updates after each visit and the photos she took were awesome! It is a relief to know when needed, I have someone who will care for my pets if I need to go out of town.

We have two big active dogs. What luck to find Presidential Pet Care! We have used their services for daily visits/walks, visits and overnights when we are away and nail grooming. They are always positive, professional and most of all my dogs and we love them! They give us a pet journal after every visit often with pictures. We can relax knowing our dogs are taken care of just the way we would care for them ourselves!

Oh I can't tell you about the wonderful experience we have with Presidential Pet care. First, my shiba Meiko LOVES her walkers. They are extremely patient with her during her walks. She is a notoriously not interested in walks. Second, you can book doggie appointments online! I can book appointments and pay invoices. Lastly, after every walk, I get a newsletter emailed to me that describes the activities of the walk, any treats given, and other details - though my favorite are the pictures and how happy my pup looks!

Walter was awesome!!! Felt very calm knowing my pup was in good hands with Lauren's group of folks!! Highly recommended!! If you need someone trustworthy to watch your baby, these are the people!

Presidential Pet Care have been lifesavers. I travel a lot for work, and hated the thought of boarding my animals each time. The Presidential Pet Care team immediately bonded with all three pets (a dog and two cats) and take amazing care of them. Every time I get home, all of the animals are happy and relaxed. I was so glad to find Lauren and her crew! Lauren is incredibly professional and has organized a tremendous service. From my first phone conversation with her, I felt like my puppy was in good hands. Her attention to detail was amazing and she was asking questions I would never have though to ask. My current walker went above and beyond by noticing I had left the garage door open and was concerned that everything was okay, so he walked through the house to make sure all looked fine and then made sure to close the garage door before he left. THAT is service! Far exceeded my expectations!

We LOVE Presidential Petcare! My husband and I have 3 dogs, 1 who has puppy energy and one who needs to take it slow with older age. Both Mark and Mike give our dogs such excellent care and our dogs love them. They make sure each dog gets the attention they need and make sure all 12 paws are wiped before they come into the house 🙂 We get an amazing note with pictures each day that detail the visit. We have also used Presidential Pet Care for overnights and, other than the frequent notes, you never would know that they were in the house. We truly trust our home and our dogs with Presidential Petcare and are so thankful that we found them! Scheduling through their system is super easy and Lauren is super responsive to emails/requests. We have been using them for 2 years now and will continue to as long as we live in the area.

We found Presidential Pet Care after our former sitter retired. We were very nervous, but Lauren and PPC have been wonderful. The whole PPC team is very kind, and clearly love what they do, which is vital when it comes to our fur babies. We always receive excellent responsive communication, both during trips and for just general questions. Very responsible, great scheduling and website, photo updates for every visit. While we were away on one trip, we urgently needed them to visit: Lauren responded to my call and we had a sitter at the house that day (and for the rest of the trip). We are very happy!

Lauren is the best. She treats our dogs like her own, I think they even like her more than us! Grateful to have such a great service in the area!

Our grand-dogs love their 5 star Presidential care. With a professional, caring staff there wasn't any "adjustment" period--comforting for all of us. Our dogs look forward to their visits. Presidential Pet Care is wonderful. All of the scheduling and instructions you leave them can be done online, which makes things so much easier. They also post pet journals to let you know how the pets were doing during their visits. You can also pay online, which reduces the hassle, or you can just do a check/cash. They are really great with animals and I felt very comfortable leaving my two sweet kitties in their care. I'd highly recommend!

We love Presidential Pet Care!! Our blue tick coonhounds are a little bit of a handful. One is a big goofball, the other a bundle of anxieties. But Mark, our regular dog walker, handles them both with love and expertise. We appreciate his detailed feedback, and we know our dogs love his visits. The way they greet him is beyond anything we ever get! They are over the moon with delight!

I love this service. They take excellent care of my dogs, and my dogs are always excited to see their caregiver. After their visit, you get an email with a journal entry so you can see what was done and they'll include pictures of your pet. I am completely comfortable with the services they provide and I know that my dogs will be well cared for. I highly recommend them!

My cats are older, so I really didn't want to put them in a kennel. They are happier at home in their normal environment. While I was away, I received emails with updates and pictures of each visit! We have used Presidential Pet Care for both daily visits and overnights for our 2 furry kids (cats) and couldn't be more pleased with their service! We can't stress how much their journal notes and pictures during each visit/overnight helped to relieve our worry while we were out of the country. Not only did they provide us with their notes and updates, but even more important they provided good quality care for our cats. We highly recommend them and couldn't be more pleased to have them as our 'go to' for pet care.

During our first Meet & Greet with Lauren, I mentioned that our dog lost his favorite toy and on the next visit, she brought him a new toy. He loves that toy so much he sleeps with it! The entire staff has become apart of the family. I couldn't ask for a more professional, reliable and trustworthy staff. They really love their job and our dog. I’m so very pleased that Presidential Pet Care is available in Springfield. They do an excellent job of caring for my cats and house while I am out of town. Their online scheduling/paying/pet-info/visit-history online system is great and so convenient to work with. Love it.
